首先引用一下会议主页前的会议简介：The 2008 International Congress on Image and Signal Processing (CISP2008) has been held from 27 to 30 May 2008 in Sanya, Hainan, China. The aim of CISP2008 is to bring together researchers working in many different areas of image and signal processing to foster exchange of new ideas. The CISP2008 proceedings will be published by the IEEE and will be indexed in both EI and ISTP. Selected good papers will be recommended for publication in SCI/SCI-E indexed international journals.
