近年来,公共安全事件不断发生,如何科学地应对和及时妥善地处理突发事件是我国乃至全球必须面对的一个课题。而应急三维DEM可视化平台为这一课题提供了有效的解决途径。DEM数据作为空间数据中基础数据之一,但最新Lidar获取的局部数据,其数据量之大,无法快速地浏览与显示。针对于此,本文设计出DEM数据压缩方案,利用SevenZip结合Int5/3小波+SPHIT编码对其进行压缩,利用C#语言编程实现了该方案,并验证了该压缩方案的可行性及良好性。 更多还原
